Hello readers!  We are taking a plunge into the blogosphere. We are launching our blog with the intention of discussing various trends in talent acquisition, management, human resources in general.  This space will also be used to provide updates on our products and to provide news about our company that may be of interest to our customers. 

Our prime goal is to build human centric technology for the industry and optimise on talent that is here to create an impact and make meaning in their respective fields, using behavioural intelligence. 

Firstly, if you are new to the subject of behavioural intelligence in talent management, you may want to check this space out for regular updates. 

Going forward, we will also post our white papers and case studies that might make it easier for HR professionals to understand how automated personality assessments are conducted, how functions of organizational management and development of work culture happens in an unbiased manner. This will also give all you readers a sneak peek into what happens at VILS AI HQ! 

Well, that’s all for now, we will keep the first one short and sweet. But check back later this week, when we post some insights on how conventional industries in the market have transitioned to fostering a workplace culture using data driven insights and what was the aftermath of it.
